Dati raccolti e finalità

Prenotazioni: nome, cognome, email, telefono e dati di soggiorno, raccolti tramite il modulo di prenotazione (gestito da Smoobu GmbH) per la gestione del contratto di soggiorno. I dati di pagamento con carta sono trattati direttamente da Stripe; non transitano mai su questo sito.
Obblighi di legge: comunicazione degli alloggiati alla Questura (art. 109 TULPS), tassa di soggiorno e rilevazioni ISTAT.
Contatti diretti (email, WhatsApp, telefono): per rispondere alle richieste.

Base giuridica

Esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR) per le prenotazioni; obbligo legale (art. 6.1.c) per le comunicazioni alle autorità.

Destinatari

Smoobu GmbH (channel manager, UE), Stripe (pagamenti), autorità competenti (Questura, Comune). Nessuna cessione a terzi per marketing.

Conservazione

Dati di prenotazione: per la durata del rapporto e per i successivi obblighi fiscali (fino a 10 anni). Comunicazioni: il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta.

Diritti dell'interessato

Accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione scrivendo a [email protected]. È possibile proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (gpdp.it).

Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di analisi. Il modulo di prenotazione Smoobu utilizza esclusivamente cookie tecnici necessari al servizio. La mappa di Google viene caricata solo se l'utente la richiede con un clic ("Mostra la mappa"): fino ad allora nessun dato è inviato a Google.

Data collected and purposes

Bookings: name, surname, email, phone and stay details, collected through the booking form (operated by Smoobu GmbH) to manage your stay. Card payment data is processed directly by Stripe and never passes through this website.
Legal obligations: guest registration with the Italian police (Art. 109 TULPS), tourist tax and ISTAT statistics.
Direct contact (email, WhatsApp, phone): to answer your enquiries.

Legal basis

Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for bookings; legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for reporting to authorities.

Recipients

Smoobu GmbH (channel manager, EU), Stripe (payments), competent authorities. No data is shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Booking data: for the duration of the stay and subsequent tax obligations (up to 10 years). Enquiries: as long as needed to handle the request.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (gpdp.it).

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. The Smoobu booking form only sets technical cookies required for the service. Google Maps loads only after you click "Show the map": until then no data is sent to Google.
